Cassio - Othello play Reflection

Cassio Reflection

My character was Cassio, and I had to portray him as confused and collective man that schemed. I tried to make him very aggressive than I saw in some examples, whilst maintaining his confusion and deceitful characteristics.
I believed that I delivered the part of my scene where Cassio comes has a conversation with iago about how Desdemona and Othello are very close. This is because it is a vital part of the plot, as it is the start of when Iago begins manipulating Me. I did this well by using a mysterious and confused tone, as well as facial expressions to portray that I have nothing to do with Desdemona.
Learning the lines was not that hard as I was into the play, into my character so I didn’t have to memorize a lot of lines.
I believe my performance was relatively good overall. I feel that I did well with moving around the stage using the stage effectively and also I feel I could have improved by projected my voice and not moving around to much while I’m speaking with my partner.
I have enjoyed seeing the plot coming together as one when all of us together made it and also the contrast between the comedy and modern version was perfect. It was enjoyable to see and learn the characters as they were some interesting personalities to keep up with.
If I had to repeat the play I would give both the groups some practice together so they can know what to expect in the play. I would also mix up the play to have some modern and some comedy so that the play can never be boring for audience to watch.
